The Calm Zone - Massage therapy Norfolk

I offer excellent massages that focus completely on the needs of the client. You may have tight or sore muscles, be stressed, have an injury or health condition that would benefit from a treatment, or you may just enjoy some relaxing time for yourself once in a while.

I believe that everyone should be able to access the benefits of massage and so my prices reflect this. Treatments can be anything from 30 minutes to a 2 hour extended full body massage and I focus only on the areas that the client requests. Check out the treatment list for an idea of what’s available but if, for example, you would like only a foot massage or just neck and shoulders, just ask!

Mobile service

Enjoy a moment of calm in the comfort of your own home. My mobile service is available for minimum 1 hour sessions within an approximate 20 minute drive of Holt. Prices are a little higher for this service so please do contact me for further details.
