Booking Policy
The Calm Zone Limited reserves the right to refuse an appointment. All bookings must be made in advance, with no option of a “walk in” treatment. Consultation forms must be completed before a first treatment as a part of the appointment time allocated. Please consult your doctor or other medical professional if you are in any doubt about having a massage.
Payment Policy
Payment is taken by cash, card or bank transfer. We will never contact you for advance payment over the telephone or via email. If you need a gift card and cannot come to the studio, arrangements for remote payment can be made but this must be initiated by you.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointment that is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time will be charged unless due to sickness or emergency.
This is an honesty policy and is in place because appointments that are cancelled are difficult to fill at such short notice.
Confidentiality
All client information is stored securely and is completely confidential.
CCTV
A camera monitoring the entrance to the studio is in operation.

The website contains a page of aftercare advice which is intended to help ensure that you gain maximum benefit from the treatment.
